Write to Us

Ousadias is a small operation and every message lands with a person who reads it. The quickest route is the form below, which opens your own email program with our address already filled in. If you would rather write directly, the address is write@ousadias.net.

When writing to us makes sense

  • Something looks wrong. A broken explanation, an outdated price, a rule that has changed since we wrote about it. Our corrections process explains what we do next.
  • A topic we have missed. If you keep running into a business, streaming or relocation question that nobody answers well, tell us about it.
  • Feedback on an article. Was it too basic, too dense, missing a step? We would like to know.
  • Your own experience. Readers who have moved abroad, switched TV setups or wrestled with contractor insurance often spot details we would never think of.

Where we cannot help

We are writers, not advisers. Please do not send us your tax return, investment plans, insurance policy or contract and ask what to do. We cannot give personal financial, legal or tax guidance, and a reply from us would be no substitute for someone qualified who can see the whole picture. We also do not troubleshoot individual streaming subscriptions or act as customer support for any provider mentioned in our articles.

A few practical notes

  1. Mention the article title or address if your message is about a specific page.
  2. Replies usually take a few days; busy weeks can stretch that.
  3. Company pitches join the same queue, and questions from readers are handled before them.

What happens to your email afterwards is covered on the privacy page.

This opens your email app with the message ready to send to write@ousadias.net. Nothing is stored on this site.

Before you hit send

Notes we can reply to quickly

A few details save a round of back-and-forth and get you a useful reply sooner.

  • The title or address of the article you are writing about
  • The exact sentence or figure you think needs another look
  • Where you found the information that contradicts it, if you have a source
  • Whether you are happy for us to reply, or just passing on a note
  • No account numbers, policy documents or tax files, please

Quick answers

Things people often ask us

Can you tell me which streaming provider to choose?

We can explain what to look for, but we do not recommend individual services to individual readers. Your connection, location and viewing habits all change the answer.

Do articles name particular firms or services?

A number of them do, occasionally with a link. Treat a named provider as one option to compare, and read its fees and terms before you commit.

Will you look over my tax or insurance situation?

Sorry, that is outside what we do. A qualified adviser in the relevant country is the right person for anything personal.
